Whether you are hosting an afternoon fête or a starlit soirée, summertime is the right time to move the party outdoors. Warm days, cool drinks and festive finger foods always make for delightful entertaining. With this simple but elegant global menu, enjoy your guests and exquisite food rather than fussing with last-minute party preparations.

SKILLS AND TECHNIQUES Making delicious do-ahead party food; peeling and deveining shrimp; preparing the grill; cooking shrimp and chicken and testing for doneness; making temari sushi; making a unique salad with sugar snap peas; making lettuce wraps.

Adult classes are designed for students 16 years of age or older. (Note: Students must be 21 years of age to consume alcohol.) Alcohol is not served at our Anchorage location.
