Edible Art: Christmas Cookies


In this seasonal workshop we will decorate Christmas-themed sugar cookies with rolled fondant and royal icing decorations.  Chef Katy will create examples for you to use as inspiration and then you will use the class time to create your own festive cookie creations!  Techniques learned in this class include piping and dipping royal icing, and coloring and rolling fondant.  Each student will take all their cookies home!
