In America, one of our very favorite international cuisines comes from our neighbors to the south-Mexico. So often though, outsite of tacos and the occasional burrito, we go out for Mexican food rather than cooking it at home. Together students and their chef instrutor will tackle Mexican classics such as Chilies Rellanos with roasted Corn and Coctel de Camarones. You will even learn to make your own tortilla chips! Attend this class and learn to make delicious Mexican food in the comfort of your own kitchen.
