Students in this class will learn some easy and delicious recipes for pizza dough, the most important part of the pizza! Students will learn about a quick beer crust dough as well as Focaccia that can be used as a pizza dough or a delicious Italian bread. You will also learn tips on how to achieve perfect pizza by using a pizza stone. In the end, we will top our pizzas with a selection of gourmet toppings, bake them to perfection then eat and enjoy!
