The beauty of this class lies in the method.  Just as the class name implies we will be cooking steak, prime rib (roast) and a stuffed pork chop.  Each meat will be prepared using a different cooking method giving students the opportunity to perfect each technique.  If you are a true carnivore, you’ll love this class!

  • Italian Sausage-Stuffed Pork Chops
  • Chopped Salad with Three-Peppercorn Buttermilk Dressing
