Wine and Chocolate Class


When your pair red wine and chocolates you create a culinary experience like no other. Red wine and chocolates are a natural match; combining the red berry fruit of the wine and the silky texture of the chocolate is a slice of heaven.

In this class, the Salt Lake Culinary Center will welcome local artisan chocolate designer Vilia VanTonder.  vilia will sample her fine chocolates while Chef Mollie pairs the delicious treats with wine from the Cotes du Rhone region of France.
